The secret to our pizza success is rooted in our tried-and-tested family recipes, passed down for generations of DiSilvestros–dating back to our homeland in Loreto, Italy.

When it comes to ingredients our standards are high. Owners Tony, Cyndi and Harry DiSilvestro make it their mission to source superior ingredients from trusted partners. We know our vendors personally, and work closely with our farmers and suppliers to ensure the quality of our ingredients.
The secret to our pizza sauce.
We visit our tomato farmers every season to sample and perfect the recipe for our famous tomato sauce. We personally go out into the fields and inspect the tomatoes to ensure consistency with our sauce. Our tomatoes are hand-picked, packed in season and are never from concentrate.
Cheese, an Italian staple.
Cheese is a vital ingredient at Ynot Italian, especially for our pizzas, and we are take the time to ensure that our cheese is crafted with care. Our premium cheeses are 100% natural with no preservatives, fillers or additives–guaranteed. Hand-formed, our cheeses are made by Old World craftsmen with premium ingredients that create the finest quality cheese available.

Our pizza dough is hand-made daily in-house at Ynot Italian. Each pie is hand-stretched to order and baked to perfection in our stone ovens. We are proud to source our bread dough from world-famous Amoroso Baking Company. Using Amoroso’s legendary dough, our breads are baked fresh daily at each Ynot Italian.
The finest meats.
We personally visit our butcher regularly in Chicago to sample and select our premium meats. We also source our steak directly from Philadelphia, which is arguably the cheesesteak capital of the U.S.! We are proud to source the finest quality deli meats from Boar’s Head Deli. Boar’s Head is the leader in providing hand-cut, hand-cured, Artisan deli meats made from time-honored recipes.
Ynot Italian is also proud to offer certified dairy-free and vegan cheeses from Daiya Cheese to better-suit customers with dietary restrictions. We are also proud to offer certified gluten-free breads, pizza dough and pasta to better-suit gluten-sensitive customers.
