Family, children and community service have always been a priority of the Ynot franchise and they will continue to be an important pillar looking to the future. In that spirit, the Ynot Educate Foundation was founded.
Ynot Educate is the company’s way of giving back to the Hampton Roads community, which for more than two decades has supported the DiSilvestro family.
The Ynot Educate Foundation is a relatively new non-profit 501c3 organization with a mission to provide educational grants to elementary schools in the region. Ynot Educate Foundation talks with local school districts and determines which programs are right for the charity participation. In some instances, the Ynot Education Foundation will be part of a larger effort to fund a project. In other instances, the Ynot Education Foundation will consider providing a full grant.
Each request is made by a school district and is considered by the Ynot Education Foundation on a case-by-case basis to determine the best approach for the school and the charity.
